PCA  Staff Pack

Ms. Rachel graduated from South Dakota State University in 2014 with an Early Childhood Education degree and a Special Education Endorsement. For almost nine year, Ms. Rachel provided in home childcare in Pierre, SD. With her academic background, she incorporated circle time, art, and multiple different learning opportunities for her daycare children. Ms. Rachel has continued her education throughout the years, and has an immense enthusiasm at her director position at Panther Cubs Academy.

"I love my job. I love seeing the children’s smiles, the teachers being silly with the kids, partnering with families, the light bulb moments for everyone, and all of it. Is it easy? Do I do it perfectly? No... But I’m learning and growing each and every day. And I feel made for this! And I want to help all of our children feel made for learning, too."

Ms. Danae has worked with children of various age groups and currently owns a cheer & dance program that trains athletes ages 3 & up. She is very eager to help littles develop into the best person they can be & make learning FUN! Ms. Danae has been part of the Panther Cubs Academy family since opening in 2023. In her role as Assistant Director, she is excited to work with children, families, and staff throughout the building and be a friendly face for the PCA community!
